These flavorful paneer wraps make a great lunch box recipe. Spiced paneer cubes with fresh and cripsy green peppers and onions drizzled with tangy green chutney, each bite is packed with flavor. You can use frozen roti/ tortilla to make these rolls. Some times I use the leftover roti from previous night.
PANEER is fresh milk cheese commonly used in Indian cuisine.It is made by curdling milk with lemon juice or vinegar. It has a mild flavor and soft crumbly texture.
MINT CHUTNEY is tangy sauce made with mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, ginger, lemon juice and some thickener like bread crumbs/almond flour/dried chickpeas(roasted chana dal).

Ingredients
- Roti
- paneer
- cumin powder 1tsp
- coriander powder 1tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- red chilli powder/paprika 1/2 tsp
- green chutney 2 tsp
- thinly sliced green peppers
- Thinly sliced onions(optional)
Procedure
- Start by preparing you roti or flatbread on a pan.
- Cut the paneer into medium size cubes.
- Add oil in a pan and fry the paneer. Once they start to turn golden brown, reduce the flame to medium heat and add salt, red chilli/paprika powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. fry for 30 seconds and turn off the stove.
- Thinly slice the green peppers and onions.
- Assembe the wrap as show in picture.
