For one serving you will need:

  • green apple slices 1/2 cup
  • cucumber slices 1/2 cup
  • spinach 1/2 cup
  • celery 1 stalk
  • coconut water 1 cup ( plain water can be used instead of coconut water)
  • ginger 1/2 inch
  • lime juice 1 tsp

Procedure

  • Prepare the vegetables and fruits, wash and chop as needed. Blend or juice as you prefer.
  • If using a blender, place all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more coconut water/water if necessary.No straining is required.
  • If you prefer juicing, you can strain to remove the pulp.
  • Serve immediately for best taste.
