Ingredients:
- Makhana (Lotus seeds)
- pumpkin seeds
- craisins
- salt
- chilli powder/pepper powder
- oil
Procedure:
- Roasting makhana is simple and can be done on stovetop on medium heat. Add oil or ghee to a pan.
- Add makhana and roast them until crunchy. It takes 8-10 minutes.
- Take out the makhana and let them cool.
- Meanwhile toast the pumpkin seeds on low heat for 5-8 minutes.
- Add craisins to pumpkin seed and makhana mixture.
- Now add salt and paprika/red chilli powder/black pepper powder according to your preference. Enjoy!
